Launchpad: tailored workshops and packages for your specific needs
Launchpad is a modular set of workshops and packages for companies preparing for a decision, a launch or the next stage of growth. Together we start with what you already have, an idea, research, a brand, a prototype, a product or an internal team, and work with you to identify what is missing and what should happen next. Our common goal is to find the smallest responsible next step, not making things as big and complex as possible.

It has never been easier to build something as effective as now. A prototype can be created in days, and AI tools can make it possible to develop products without a traditional tech team. But faster building does not necessarily make the important decisions easier. Are you solving a real problem? Why should anyone care about your concept? Will anyone actually want this? Is it worth the investment? Can you launch it responsibly? And what should you do next?
Launchpad builds on what already exists and adds what may be missing: independent judgment, product and business expertise, focused delivery and a clear recommendation for the next step.
Launchpad consists of five components
The concept is built around five components: Validate, Story, Build, Secure and Go-to-Market. Each area can be used on its own, or several can be combined when your challenge crosses different parts of the product journey.

Validate
This is for teams that need stronger evidence before making a larger investment. We help define the problem, understand the audience, decide what should be tested and identify which results should influence the decision. The work can include a test plan, real user or buyer testing, an evidence summary, key risks and assumptions, and a clear recommendation on what to do next.
- Problem framing: what problem you're solving, for whom, and why now
- Audience insight: who the users or buyers are, and what they need
- Test plan: what to test, how, and which results would change the decision
- Real-world testing: interviews, landing pages, prototypes or pilots with real users or buyers
- Evidence and recommendation: a summary of findings, key risks and assumptions, and a clear next step
Story
This part is for products and services that are difficult to explain, position or support. We help sharpen the value proposition, positioning and narrative so it becomes clearer what you offer, who it is for and why people should care. The result can include a stronger pitch, sales material and visual direction, based on the research and assets you already have.
- Value proposition: what you offer, who it's for and why it matters
- Positioning: how you stand apart from alternatives and competitors
- Narrative: a clear story that explains the problem, the solution and the value
- Pitch and sales material: a pitch deck, one-pager or website copy, ready to use
- Visual direction: tone of voice and visual expression that support the message
Build
You have an idea or a prototype and need to make it real or take it to the next level. Using modern development methods and AI tools, we can move quickly from idea to prototype or further to what we call a Minimum Baseline Product – a small product that can be used with real users and real data at a limited scale. This gives you something concrete to pilot, test and learn from before investing in a full production system.
- Scoping: what to build first, and what can wait
- Rapid prototyping: a working prototype built with modern methods and AI tools
- MBP (Minimum Baseline Product): a small, usable product for real users and real data at limited scale
- Technical recommendation: stack, tools, cost and a scaling plan
- Handover: code, documentation and a clear plan for what comes next
Secure
You have already built something and need confidence before launch, investment or scale-up. We assess areas such as architecture, security, data and operational risk based on how the product is intended to be used. The result is a set of prioritised findings, recommended improvements and a clear view of what should happen before the product moves forward.
- Architecture review: is the solution built to hold up for its intended use?
- Security and data: access, data handling, privacy and key vulnerabilities
- Operational risk: stability, monitoring, maintenance and dependencies
- Prioritised findings: what must be fixed now, what can wait, and why
- Launch readiness: a clear recommendation on what should happen before you move forward
Go-to-Market
This is for teams that have a product and now need adoption. We look at the audience, onboarding, launch mechanics and how success should be measured. The aim is to create a practical route to launch and learn, working with the product you already have rather than assuming new development is required.
- Audience and channels: who to reach first, and where
- Onboarding: how new users get started and see value quickly
- Launch plan: pilot, soft launch or market entry, step by step
- Success metrics: what to measure to know if it's working
- Learning loop: how to adjust based on real use, without assuming new development
Launchpad Complete
When one area is not enough, Launchpad Complete combines the areas you actually need into one connected process. That could mean validating an idea, building a prototype, reviewing the risks and preparing for launch. Clear stage gates help make sure you only move forward when there is a good reason to do so. Complete does not mean everything. It means everything required to reach the next good decision.

Where do we begin?
We start with a few basic questions.
- Is the problem real and important enough?
- Does the proposition make sense to the audience?
- Will people adopt, buy or support it?
- Can the business case justify the investment?
- And can the team deliver and operate it safely?
From there, we look at where you are in your product journey, what decision is in front of you and what level of support makes sense. That might be a focused one-day workshop, a package that goes deeper into one area, or a Complete engagement that combines several areas into one route.
What you get
Every Launchpad package ends with a short, practical record of what we set out to answer, what we found, the evidence behind it, our recommendation, the remaining risks, who owns what and what the next steps should be.
After that, you choose what happens next. You can stop with a clear answer, continue with your own team, or continue with Yulieta.
Get in touch
You do not need to know which Launchpad package you need before we meet. Bring us the idea, product, challenge or question you are stuck on, and together we will figure out where it makes sense to start.
