IN etNO CODE
On August 29, 2026, we will host an event called IN etNO CODE at our office in Lviv, Ukraine. This will be the fourth event of its kind that we have organized.

When the full-scale war began, our natural response was to help people come together, support our military, our local community, and, above all, our colleagues who are defending us on the front line. Even though the Ukrainian state is becoming better equipped every year to provide service members with their basic needs, we continue this tradition.
For us, IN etNO CODE brings together the values that define our team: service to society, support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which are fighting on the right side of history, human connection through conversations, hugs, and face-to-face meetings that many of us have missed since the COVID era, and the determination to keep going and never give up.

To be honest, we are all tired of the war, the constant attacks, the losses, and the uncertainty. But our men and women serving in the Armed Forces do not have the option to resign or take a break. Therefore, neither can we allow ourselves to stop.
Our company consists of 50 people. Today, nine of them are serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces — 18% of our team. Our events typically bring together 120–130 participants. The overall scale of our contribution may not seem impressive, but we know for certain that every person, every hryvnia (krona, euro…), and every word of support matters. They are like drops of water that together form an ocean.
This year's event will be especially meaningful. All resources we manage to raise will be directed toward supporting the 141st Separate Brigade, which our colleague Khrystyna voluntarily joined just a month ago.

Khrystyna is a very young woman with no military background. Yet her strength of character, kindness, willingness to help others, and readiness to take responsibility for our society make this decision deeply meaningful and incredibly important at this moment in time.
