Launchpad: from idea to launched product in no time
Going from an idea to something defined, validated and launched like a Minimum Baseline Product (MBP) is easier than ever. However, it still takes more than an idea and enthusiasm alone. To really succeed you need to understand what problem you are solving, a story to tell, a shared direction and technical skills. That’s what Launchpad does – taking your idea through the validation process to launch in practically no time.

Launchpad is designed to help you avoid the common pitfalls and build momentum with confidence, and of course - go live to gain real user experience as early as possible.
Minimum Baseline Product (MBP) Explained
The core idea of the MBP is to focus immediately on generating revenue and validating market demand through actual sales, rather than just testing a hypothesis.
Goal: To create a version of the product that customers are willing to pay for from day one, ensuring market readiness and commercial viability.
Focus: It includes essential features that solve a problem reliably and with enough quality to warrant a purchase, avoiding an overly simple or "half-baked" feel.
Outcome: Validates demand with real purchases, generates early revenue to fund future development, and reduces the risk of building a product that the market won't ultimately buy.
Key success factors
Launchpad is the first step where we work closely with your team to clarify strategy, define the user journey, and shape the core of your product or concept. Through out the process we use AI tools to iterate, build and test solutions on stakeholder or even end user. We adapt the process to your needs, but these are some of the usual building blocks:
Understanding and Direction
- Who is the user, and what do they need?
- What problem are you solving, and why now?
- Which hypotheses must be validated early?
- Analysis, partner strategies, and audience mapping
Visual Concepts and Communication
- Early moodboards and visual direction
- Landing page or pitch prototype
- Tone of voice and value proposition
Wireframes/MVP/MBP
- Wireframes, sketches or prototypes for key functionality
- What must be built, and what can wait?
- First user journey mapped and tested
- Launching you product as an Minimum Baseline Product
Delivery: Final Report and Minimum Baseline Product
You’ll receive a practical and actionable report and a product you can actually use:
- Concept summary, visual- and strategic direction
- Risk and opportunity overview
- Minimum Baseline Product you can actually use on your potential clients
- Technical recommendations (stack, 3rd party tools if relevant)
- Cost, timeline, and plan for scaling, further development etc
* Note that exactly what is in the Launchpad will be decided the initial stages of our cooperation
Recent Launchpad Projects
Mentalese.ai – A cognitive science & AI-driven writing assistant. Through Launchpad, we helped the team sharpen their value proposition, define target audiences, and build their first pitch-ready web concept. We also supported the creation of testable product hypotheses and structured feedback processes.
TailorEd / NIH – A teaching platform that uses personality-based case training to better prepare student teachers. During Launchpad, we worked on early branding, concept framing, and prototyping realistic scenarios tailored to real curriculum needs.
"The pre-project, Launchpad, gave us valuable insight and a structured framework for concept development. The process was thorough and professional, and the collaboration helped clarify user needs and develop a solid foundation for further work." // Vidar Ulset – Associate Professor of Psychology | Clinical psychologist | Norwegian School of Sport Sciences | Founder of Nabolagshelse
European Research Hub – A resource transaction platform connecting sellers, buyers and logistics providers of raw materials, with the aim to optimise secondary value chains by increasing market transparency and participation.
Is Launchpad right for you?
It might be – if you:
- have an idea you want to validate before investing heavily
- need something concrete to present to funders or partners
- are early in development and want to avoid building blindly
- want help defining what to test, build, or communicate first
- want to launch a mini-me version of your product to test on a live audience
What happens after Launchpad
Once the pre-project wraps up, you're free to:
- continue working with us
- take the insight and deliverables to other partners
- pause or pivot your idea based on what we learned
No strings attached – but if we’re a good match, we’re excited to keep going.
